Introducing Peter Vinden Limited trading as Vinden Consulting

Peter Vinden Limited provides tribunal services, commercial and legal advice to clients operating in the UK Construction Industry.

Until February 2023 he was the Chief Executive Officer of The Vinden Partnership Limited which he formed in 1994 and sold to Gateley Holdings Plc in 2020. He left this busines at the start of 2024 to return to his roots and begin trading as Vinden Consulting.

Having graduated from Nottingham Trent University with a first class honours degree in 1984, he became a Chartered Surveyor in 1986. He qualified as an Adjudicator in 1986 and completed his training in international Arbitration with the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators at Oxford University in 2011. He trained as a Mediator with the Centre for Dispute Resolution in London in 1999, Italy in 2001 and at Harvard University in the US in 2007.

Peter Vinden has been appointed as Adjudicator, Arbitrator, Expert Determiner and Mediator on more than 1,000 occasions since March 1994.
